Monthly Introduction to Meditation 2022
Monthly insight meditation and guided imagery meditation learning circle (March 28, 2022, 6:00 p.m. via Zoom.) This is a non-denomination gathering to practice meditation and learn spiritual principals. Meditation is a powerful tool that can be used to reduce cravings, urges, stress, fear, worry, doubt and angst. Meditation can also be used to connect to your higher self and or God.
