Inner Sanctuary Training

Inner Sanctuary Training is a powerful meditation process that connects you with spirit (your higher loving Self) to create peace and purpose in your life. In this 2 1/2 day workshop you will connect with your higher Self and learn how to:

• Build your own inner sanctuary for guidance
• Practice a daily meditation for strength and wisdom
• Release negative thoughts and emotions
• Restore physical well being
• Create and manifest goals and desires
• Trust your life choices with confidence

Upon completion of this class you will receive a certificate of completion from Delphi University and a course credit towards a Metaphysician Degree at Delphi University, McCaysville, GA.
