Abbe is a teacher, facilitator and VortexHealing® Practitioner. She facilitates individuals, groups, and companies through meditation instruction and inner sanctuary training to promote wellbeing. She also provides energy therapies and intuitive counseling for those wanting to go deeper into personal healing.

Abbe spent the first twenty-five years of her career working in both the private and public sector of corporate America holding positions of great responsibility as well as managing others. Since the age of twelve, Abbe has studied and sought spiritual practices. She was first taught to meditate from a friend’s dad practicing Buddhism. In 2002, she began her formal meditation training and in 2005 began studying and practicing energy medicine.

She has studied many spiritual principals, religions, meditation techniques, holistic healing modalities, energy therapies and intuitive therapies. Abbe has traveled extensively to work with many masters, teachers, and healers. She has been working with clients offering energy therapy and intuitive evaluation since 2005. In 2013 Abbe retired from her public management position and began teaching meditation and alternative healing classes. Abbe holds a Master’s in Metaphysics and an MBA from USC.
